We are so very happy with the quality build we received from the amazing guys at EMAC homes. Their attention to detail and collaborative approach during the build made the building process easy and stress free. We found both Steven and Mark to be approachable and reliable throughout the process and from the outset they understood what we were after. EMAC were great builders from the start, working with the architect, Kali Marnane, from day one to create a quality house on time and on budget. Stephen and Mark were always available and happy to discuss all aspects of the build, to listen and offer constructive advice so we achieved what we wanted in our home. For example, their suggestion of using a composite concrete bench by Concrete Design House was a great alternative to a heavy suspended slab bench in the living room.
One key to their successful build was their network, coordination and close working relationship with good subcontractors. Building time of 18 weeks was achieved without trades getting in each other's way or time delays. Great planning and project management skills, Steve and Mark were always on site working and available to deal with questions and problems as they arose (always a potintial with cutting edge architecture, custom made items and a range of suppliers and trades.) Great care was taken in protecting surfaces and keeping the site clean and tidy. Steve's work with the bobcat meant that even during a big downpour, water flowed where it should and allowed work to continue without the site turning into a bog. Having great team work and communication all round made for a smooth, efficient build.
Their willingness and positive respoonse to variations and 'on-the-job' changes were a significant factor in achieving the fantastic final results. This included a courtyard pond, extra decking and retaining walls.
Without reservation, we highly recommend EMAC for quality, custom work delivered on time and on budget. It was a great pleasure to work with Stephen, Mark and all their team, as the pride they take in their work has seen our plans on paper turn into a beautiful home.

Hi Everyone at Emac We just want to say thanks to the team for a job well done at Petrel Cres. Vicki had a look through for the first time on Sunday and loved the house. You did a great job with all the colours etc and being involved in the building trade ourselves we get to see a lot of houses and must say the finish of everything was fabulous. The whole process went so smoothly -definitely the easiest build we have ever done. You run a very efficient operation, right down to the last detail. I've never had a builder leave a new can of each paint colour before or present the appliance instruction books, keys, plans etc in 'take home' file. Thanks also for your patience in dealing with the contract and all our solicitors requests.
We have just settled into our Emac home and we love it. In my opinion the Green brothers have got it right with this home. After building with a large Company on my last house I can really appreciate the difference going with a family company. The boys are passionate about their craft and are truly invested in the project beginning to end. You turn up on site you are always welcomed by Mark or Stephen, and any concerns are addressed with genuine interest. Value for money, all inclusions are well above the standard range lights, fans, shower fittings, toilets and appliances are lovely. A great finish, the fact that the boys are on site and on tools maintains the level of quality control you see. It was impressive to see how clean and tidy the job site was even though it was raining, the earthworks around the house, maintain a dry safe workplace. All the other tradesmen builders, plumber, electrician and tiler were polite and helpful throughout. Ample concrete and quality grass on good soil add to the overall finish as well. I give Emac homes a five star rating as they brought in a great looking value for money home on time. Well done and thank you guys.
After several months of cruising the internet and looking at two storey design homes we finally came across Emac Homes. They had a design favourable to us with a balcony off the living area which met our needs.
Mark, Stephen, Lenore and the crew from Emac Homes have been an absolute pleasure to deal with during consrtuction where we were always kept up to date throughout all stages of construction regarding progress. After all, building should be an enjoyable experience for all and it was certainly that for us. We would totally recommend them to anybody for their excellent service.
We considered shifting our offices, but after talking to EMAC Homes, we realised that giving our offices a face lift and upgrading services would be a much better investment and a more practical solution.
EMAC stripped down the existing shell and provided the opportunity for upgrading our wiring, communications, insulation and appearance of both the interior and exterior of the building. We ended up with functional, climate controlled office and meeting areas that enhanced the work environment.
This lifted employee and client experiences and provided our business with the improvements needed to increase productivity and performance. Turning a house into a home is no easy feat. EMAC Homes did just that for us.
We had an old transportable house with all the 1970s-style trimmings, complete with gaps and curved surfaces, and no transitions between the original house and previous extensions. EMAC Homes, by careful and thoughtful consultation both with us and local building inspectors, fine-tuned our dreams into reality.
EMAC blended all components and areas so we felt as though we were in one common place with large open spaces, and yet still had those quiet spots for retreat. They also turned our outdoor perimeter into innovative verandahs and outdoor entertainment areas.
EMAC delivered us a modern home, with a fresh feel and a sense of being. A place where you look forward to entertaining guests, sharing with family or even chilling out on the couch in the new outdoor area.
